Gucci Mane Goes To Jail

5 Apr

Rapper Gucci Mane pleaded yesterday no contest in Atlanta to beating a concert promoter with a pool cue in the head, and was sentenced to six months in jail.
Mane, 25, was accused of attacking Troy Bufford in June at his label Big Cat Records in Atlanta. Judge John J. Goger of the Fulton County Superior Court ordered the rapper to spend six month in jail and to pay $3,000 in medical restitution to Bufford for his hospital bills.
Gucci, who is to be released in three months’ time for he has stayed in arrest for three months already, will also serve six-and-a-half years of probation.
The rapper didn’t say if he’s innocent or not and just accepted the judge’s decision.
Mane, real name Radric Davis, is also being accused of murder, in connection with a body that was found near a school in Decatur, Georgia. The rapper maintains that he was simply defending himself. He turned himself in to authorities and was released on a $100,000 bond.

Waka Flocka Got Shot

1 Apr

The 23 years that Waka Flocka has been living on this he has been jumped, hit in the head by a bottle at a club, struck with a baseball, fallen out of a tree (and while that happend he had a piece of bark lodged in his chin), and had his head rammed in a steal gate. But last and the worse he has been shot in the arm on January 19 2011 while at a car wash. Waka still can’t understand why someone would want to kill him he’s just an up-and-coming rapper, and the neighborhood on Old National Highway where the incident occurred is one he frequents. However, he still maintains that the word he’s hearing on the streets is that the gunman was sent to do more than just rob him
